Meditation with Shaman Cacao

Preparation

  1. Gathering Ingredients :

    • 25-30 grams of Shaman Cacao per person
    • Warm water (not boiling, about 50-60°C)
    • Optional additions: cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vanilla, honey or syrup
  2. Kitchen supplies :

    • A spoon or whisk for stirring



Preparation process

  1. Heating the Water :

    • Heat the water in the pan until it is just below boiling point (50-60°C). This ensures that the nutrients and flavor of the cocoa are retained.
  2. Cocoa Add :

    • Add the Shaman Cacao to a bowl or cup.
    • Pour the warm water over the cocoa.
  3. To blend :

    • Stir the mixture well with a spoon or a whisk until the cocoa is completely dissolved.
    • Optionally add cinnamon, cayenne pepper, vanilla and a sweetener to taste.

Ritual and Consumption

  1. Creating a Sacred Space :

    • Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
    • If necessary, light candles, burn incense or use essential oils to create a serene environment.
